Curtis Ervin
With more than two decades of operational and management experience, Curtis Ervin, a Director at MOSAIC Technologies Group, has developed a sharp eye for how to identify organizational inefficiencies, redundant ineffective processes and gross miscommunication — and how organizations can retool for a sleeker, smoother, strategically focused approach. As a seasoned Program Management Professional (PMP), he has quickly become a trusted agent to the government providing key recommendations and practical solutions to resolve complex strategic planning problems.
Born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Columbia, Maryland, Curtis now lives with his wife and two children in Southern Carroll County. As a 1989 Economics/Finance graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) and recipient of a Division I full four-year athletic soccer scholarship, Curtis enjoys coaching and playing soccer, skiing, traveling and spending time with good friends.
