Van Rhoden
Van Rhoden is the Director of Business Development for MOSAIC Technologies Group, Inc. (MOSAIC). As Director, he is responsible for ensuring that the full scale of the services MOSAIC can provide in support of Defense, Intelligence, Public and Private markets are brought to bear against the ever-changing challenges our partners face on a daily basis.
Mr. Rhoden has over 25 years of professional SIGINT experience with documented successes in the field of Program Management, Collection Management, HFDF Analysis and Training Development. He began his career in the United States Army completing 5 overseas assignments, later serving as Chairman of multiple Configuration Control Boards, and finished his career as a highly decorated Gulf and Bosnian war veteran. After retiring, Mr Rhoden moved to private industry where he served as Technical Lead for Enterprise Business Management Services. Mr. Rhoden has expertise in project and program management, decision analysis and support, business and program management, process planning and improvement, and quality assurance.
