MOSAIC implements and facilitates the automation and integration of meaningful measurements for client and mission level performance management requirements. Integrations include, but are not limited to, strategic business and process plans, budgetary requirements, mission objectives and other key business unit areas. Additionally, MOSAIC provides established performance in developing and maintaining process based approaches for capability assessments, comparing findings against strategic plans and acceptable scoring requirements. Our experts provide assistance and support for independent analyses of program alternatives, including independent review of program content and resource alternatives.
