Process Improvement
MOSAIC’s process improvement training centers on understanding process reference models to help guide the process improvement activities. As a Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Partner, MOSAIC is authorized to teach the Introduction to CMMI courses for both the CMMI for Development and the CMMI for Services. We are also authorized to teach the SEI’s Supplement for Services one-day course, which is for people that have successfully completed the Introduction to CMMI for Development course.
We also provide our own custom courses to give people who do not have three days to spend on training an overview of either CMMI model. These overview training courses are tailored to customer needs such as length of time, attendee size, and delivery approach (classroom, webinar, blended, etc.).
MOSAIC also has training available in other process improvement areas that are not CMMI specific. Training in areas such as measurement help organizations mature their processes even if they are not pursuing CMMI.
