Overview of CMMI – Dev.
This course provides a quick overview of the structure of the CMMI for Development to assist people in understanding the need for the CMMI for Development. It gives a brief look into the different process areas of the model. MOSAIC provides humorous war stories to help the understanding and to give both good and bad examples of process implementations.
This course can be done in either a full-day or half-day format. It is not meant to replace the full three-day Introduction to CMMI course, just give a brief overview to those that do not need the full Introduction to CMMI course.
