Overview of CMMI – Srv.
This course provides a quick overview of the structure of the CMMI for Services to assist people in understanding the need for the CMMI for Services. It gives a brief look into the different process areas of the model. MOSAIC provides humorous war stories and an exercise to help the understanding and to give both good and bad examples of process implementations.
This course can be done in either a full-day or half-day format. It is not meant to replace the full three-day Introduction to CMMI course or the Services Supplement for CMMI course. It is intended to just give a brief overview to those that do not need the full Introduction to CMMI course.
