Services Supplement
Many organizations have taken the SEI Introduction to CMMI for Development course but want to receive training on the CMMI for Services constellation. This one-day course is the official SEI supplement course for the CMMI for Services. The course provides a quick review of the structure of a CMMI model and how the same process improvement concepts can be applied to services. The course then covers each process area that is specific to the CMMI for Services. There is an exercise to practice applying the services process areas to different types of service organizations.
