MOSAIC finds workshops provide the best opportunity to learn a new skill in a cost-effective manner. Our workshops are a hybrid training and consulting because we focus as much on outputs as we do on outcomes. Our focus on outcomes ensures you learn the skills necessary to perform the same tasks on your own, without the need for additional consulting help. Our focus on outputs ensures that you leave the workshop with usable assets that have direct meaning to your organization.
We do not use generic case studies in the workshop. We use the organization’s data and needs to create the usable assets as outputs of the workshop. This ensures that the work performed in the workshop is not throw-away outputs but usable assets that the organization continues to use after the workshop completes.
