SCAMPI Appraisals
Most people only think of the onsite period of a SCAMPI appraisal when considering an appraisal. However, there is a good deal of preparation that must be done to ensure the SCAMPI appraisal is successful. One of the key elements of preparation is ensuring the organization is ready for its appraisal by training different people within the organization on parts of the appraisal. MOSAIC helps organizations prepare for their SCAMPI appraisals by training 1) the Practice Implementation Indicator Description (PIID) development team and 2) the SCAMPI appraisal team.
