Solicitation Support
MOSAIC provides acquisition/solicitation lifecycle support from cradle to grave. Our personnel advise the Program Executive Office (PEO) regarding the latest acquisition policies. MOSAIC understands the complexities and differences of drafting solicitation documentation to support various types of contracts to include Fixed Price, Time & Materials, and Cost Reimbursable contracts (CPFF, CPIF, CPAF).
Our team also advises the Government on the best evaluation approach as it relates to the FAR (Best Value (e.g. Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA)) and Best Value with Trade-offs and ensures the solicitation documentation is written to support the approved approach. MOSAIC works closely with the PEO and the Contracting Office to ensure all documentation is delivered on time ensuring a successful award.
